Orders are delivered by UKmail although we may occasionally use different couriers.

- How do I return an item?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt for full price merchandise and 7 days for sale merchandise. We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging including the return tag.

- What size should I order?
At Hope we celebrate curves, we think body shape is more relevant than the number, so we have devised a sizing system that focuses on just that. Our clothes are designed to enhance and to work with your height and proportions to create your best ever silhouette. We aim to fit women who are a UK dress size 8-20 and the majority of our collection is in 3 sizes:- Freesize: to fit sizes 8-20 ; Dual Slim: to fit sizes 8-14 ; Dual Curvy: to fit sizes 16-20. If you fall between these sizes, such as a size 14-16, we offer free returns so if you order more than one size to try on at home you can return the other for free>

- How does the Hope sizing work?
Sizing at Hope is about body shape rather than a specific number, so the collection is cleverly cut to work with height and proportion. The collection will dress women from size 8-20 and 90% of the collection will come in three sizes:
Dual Slim (8-14)
Dual Curvy (16-20)
Styles where fit is more critical, like trousers, will be offered in four sizes:
Super Slim (8)
Super Curvy (18-20)
Selected Foundation pieces and Dresses will come in regular and long lengths and trousers will be in one length which can then be altered free of charge.
Free Trouser Alterations
All our trousers are hemmed to a long length which is variable dependent on the style and can be altered free of charge, just choose your preferred length as outlined below when placing your order. Next day delivery is not available for alterations, orders placed pre 1pm will be delivered within 3 days excluding weekends, items ordered post 1pm will be delivered within 4 days excluding weekends. Sorry but garments which have been altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
