Invest in Hope through Crowdfunding

Invest in Hope through Crowdfunding

Hope was launched in September 2015 as a British womenswear brand with a point of difference seeking to embrace women of all shapes, ages and sizes, particular women over 40 which is one of the fastest growing sectors*.

Since launch we have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback to the concept with our innovative approach to sizing, a focus on British manufacturers, the amazing Foundation range and the Hope Code guide to styling. For more information, read the Hope story

The inspiration behind and founder of the business is Nayna McIntosh who has over 30 year's experience in fashion with some of the biggest and best known brands in the UK retail including two start-ups which have become global brands.

After just 18 months we have made amazing progress and Hope is going from strength to strength:

  • Our registered subscriber base already stands at over 16,000
  • Web-site traffic in the last 3 months is over 350% higher than prior year
  • Strong international interest with fulfilment to USA launched in December 2016
  • Funding so far has been provided by Nayna and some close personal supporters including Stuart Rose, former Chairman and CEO of M&S.

As Hope begins its next phase of growth we’re looking for new investment to expand our digital strategy which is delivering +350% increase in web traffic and +650% increase in subscribers and would dearly love you to share in this exciting future.

To help us do this we have chosen to open up investment though crowdfunding ** - a way of enabling individuals to invest in privately owned growth businesses. We have chosen to work with one of the leading platforms ‘Crowdcube’ through whom you can invest as little as £10 for an equity share in our business.

We’ve been thrilled by the response we’ve had in such a short period of time and are really excited about the opportunities ahead.

Hope is about making women feel beautifully confident and for some women it’s a long time since they’ve felt that about themselves. Invest and join our journey.

** Crowdfunding enables individuals to invest in privately owned growth businesses. It is a way for a large number of people to get involved in funding a business or project. By making a financial contribution, you receive an equity stake in that business or project. Investments of this nature carry risks to your capital.
